Who we are

Respahealth is the data controller for personal data collected through respahealth.com. Contact: info@respahealth.com.

What we collect

Contact and delivery details (name, email, phone, address); order and payment confirmation details (we never see or store full card numbers); messages you send us; and website usage data collected through cookies, such as device, browser and pages visited.

How and why we use it

  • To process and deliver your order and handle returns (performance of a contract).
  • To reply to your questions and provide customer service (legitimate interests).
  • To send marketing emails, only where you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email (consent).
  • To keep our website secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interests).
  • To keep records required by law, such as tax and accounting records (legal obligation).

Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers who help us run the business, under contracts that protect your data: Shopify (our online store platform and payments), Klaviyo (email), delivery carriers, and our professional advisers. We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers

Some of these providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is protected by UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to make the store work and, with your consent, analytics and marketing cookies. You can change your choices at any time through the cookie banner or your browser settings.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for six years for tax and accounting purposes. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Customer service messages are kept for up to two years.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email info@respahealth.com. We will respond within one month.

Children

Our products and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

We may update this policy. The latest version will always be on this page with the date it was last updated.
