Where we ship

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days. You will receive an email when your order is dispatched.

Delivery costs

UK delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Tracking

Where your delivery method includes tracking, we will email you the tracking number once your parcel is on its way.

Delays

Occasionally deliveries are delayed by carrier issues outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us.

Lost or damaged parcels

Your order is our responsibility until it is delivered to you. If a parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at info@respahealth.com and we will send a replacement or give you a full refund.
